Call for innovative project ideas: €100,000 PPP co-funding opportunity with GROW
A unique opportunity to accelerate your innovation with €100,000 in PPP co-funding and collaboration with leading offshore wind partners.
Following the success of last year’s call, Energy Innovation NL and GROW are once again joining forces to support ambitious innovators in taking the next step in the development of their innovation.
Bring your idea forward
We invite you to submit a high-impact project idea, clearly outlining how collaboration with one or more GROW consortium partners will help bring your innovation to fruition. A limited number of promising proposals will be selected to align closely with the development priorities of GROW partners. Check out which organisations are part of GROW to assess if your idea fits their needs.
Present at the GROW Innovation Meeting
Energy Innovation NL will select applicants that will have the opportunity to pitch their idea at the GROW Innovation Meeting on Thursday 29 October 2026 in Delft. Following these presentations, one project idea may be selected for funding.
From idea to implementation
If selected, you will work together with interested GROW partners to further develop your concept into a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) proposal. Upon approval by Energy Innovation NL, the project will move forward to implementation by the joint project team. To support this, €100,000 in PPP subsidy has been reserved by Energy Innovation NL. The proposal must comply with the PpP scheme terms & conditions.

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday 1 September 2026.
